退換貨政策
1. 如發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後7天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨。當核實申請符合退換貨品條件,我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。
2. 客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。
3. 我們只接受以下退貨理由:
商品有損壞/有缺陷
不是你訂購的商品
4. 以下情況不接受退換,包括但不限於:
i. 產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用
ii. 產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
iii. 產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
iv. 產品與網站照片色差
v. 任何免費贈品
vi. 已退換一次的貨品
vii. 改變心意而退貨
viii. 以購物金換領的貨品
5. 個人貼身用品 (如口罩) 等基於衛生問題不設退換。
6. 贈品及換領貨品不能退換成現金或其他產品。
7. 拍攝光線、手機或電腦顯示屏等因素均有可能造成相片色差,產品顏色以實物為準。
8. 如同款產品經已售罄,可換同等或低於原本購買價值之產品,或補差價較高價值之產品。如退換至較原本價值低之產品,餘額不設退款。(產品價值以申請退換貨當日之單件價格為準) 。
換貨方法
1. 收到貨品後7天(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務要求換貨,並出示訂單或收據以作證明,獲得確認後寄回本公司辦公室換貨。
2. 所有退換貨過程中來回運費需由客戶承擔。
3. 運費不設償還。
4. 若未能提供訂單或收據資料以作證明,恕不接受退貨。
5. 我們在收到你的退件後,將於七個工作天內 (不包括星期六日及公眾假期) 為你安排辦理退換貨流程。
6. 所有退換貨將直接以順豐運費到付形式寄回。
7. 任何未經申請及確定/不符合退換貨條件之商品,將不獲得處理,並將直接將順豐運費到付形式寄回,不作另行通知,客人需自行承擔所產生的任何費用及風險。
退款方法
1. 客戶下單前需清楚明白條款及細則,訂單成立後,恕不接受任何私人理由要求取消或退款。如閣下透過本店訂購產品/服務,即代表 閣下接受並同意受購買條款及細則約束。本店有權自行更改條款及細則,而不作通知,客戶有責任於下單購買前細閱條款及細則。
2. 被接納的退款會在14個工作天內安排。
3. 已使用的購物金不設退還或兌成現金。
4. 訂單一經確認一般會在付款後5個工作天 (不包括星期六、日及公眾假期) 內出貨,由於運輸寄送所需時間不能準確預計,如我們已安排於5個工作天內出貨但因運送延誤,將不接受退款。
繁體中文及英文版本如有分別及歧義,以繁體中文版本為準。本公司“氣淨達國際有限公司”會不時修改上述條款及細則,而不作通知,如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
RETURN POLICY
Refund and Exchange Policy
1. In case of damage of purchased goods at our shop, customers can request refund/exchange service by contacting our customer service representative within 7days of receipt of shipment (including Saturdays, Sundays, and PublicHolidays). Once the return request is approved, we will proceed the return of products. No refund and exchange services will be served after 7days.
2. Our customer service representatives might request for photos and/or videos of the product.
3. We only accept the following refund/exchange of goods (with , but not limited to the following conditions) :
i. Purchased product is damaged/defective; or
ii. Not the product you ordered.
4. We will not accept the following reasons:
i. Product is not in 100% new condition, or has been used
ii. Product has been washed by water or detergent
iii. Products has been damaged, stained or incomplete due to human factor
iv. Color variation between photos and products.
v. Free gifts
vi. Products has been exchanged
vii. Change mind
viii. Rewarded product by points redemption
5. Due to hygienic reason, all personal items (e.g., face mask, ) and all expendable items (e.g., hand sanitizer) will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
6. All gifts or rewarded products cannot be exchange or redeem for cash or other products.
7. Color variation will be occurred due to lighting of photo shooting, mobile phone /computer monitor screen, the color of product is subject to the actual product.
8. If your selected product is out of stocks, you can exchange to product in same value, or pay the price difference for product(s) at a higher price. No refund for the surplus amount if the exchanged product is at a lower price. (Product price is subject to the day apply for exchange service) .
Exchange
1. Customers shall request exchange service by contacting our customer service representative within 7days of receipt of shipment (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays), and Order information or receipts shall be shown for approval. Product(s) should be returned to our office once approval.
2. All shipping expense shall be borne by customers.
3. Shipping fee is not refundable.
4. We do not accept any request without order information or receipts.
5. We will proceed the exchange process within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and PublicHolidays) upon receiving your return.
6. All exchanged products will be shipped via SF express and the freight charge by customers’ side.
7. All up approved/ineligible exchange will not be served, and will be returned to customers by SF Express without any acknowledgement. Customers have to bear any caused expanse and risk.
Refund
1. Customers have to read and understand the Terms and Conditions. Once the order has been submitted, we will not accept any cancellation or refund due to any personal reasons. Customers purchase products/service through our website /e-shop means they accept and agree the term and condition. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Condition without prior notice.
2. All refund will be arranged within 14 days upon approval.
3. All used points will not be returned or redeemed for cash.
4. Products will be sent within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) upon payment. As transportation time will be varied, and cannot be accurately predicted. No refund will be accepted because of the delivery delay caused by transportation.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. Airdefender International Company Limited reserve the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice and have the final decision in case of any dispute.
